Glitter Text
Want to know how to make those cute little glittery words? This tutorial will show you how. You'll even learn how to make pictures.1. Save the glitter you want to use to your computer as a .gif then open it up on Animation Shop. I will be using this one:

If you use one of my glitters, you should end up with three frames.
2. Open up a new image in Paint Shop Pro. I made mine 400x150.
3. Go back to Animation Shop and copy the first frame of the glitter. Paste it as a new image in Paint Shop Pro.
4. Click on your colors in the material palette.

Click on the tab that says 'Pattern' in the window that pops up. Look through the patterns and you should find your glitter fill. Click it and press OK.
5. Take the fill tool and fill the blank image with the glitter fill.
6. Make a new vector layer. Take the text tool and write whatever you want the glitter to say. It doesn't matter what color you use for the text. Or if you want to just make a star or something, just use a star brush or draw your own instead of putting in the text.
7. Now take the magic wand tool
and click the area around the text or image.

8. Now go to to Selections >> Invert.
9. Click the layer with the glitter in it and press CTRL+C then paste it into Animation Shop.
10. Repeat steps 3-9 except using the second and third frames of the glitter. Paste the finished products AFTER the first text frame. This is how mine came out:
